Prices and payment
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout. You pay in full at checkout.
Training courses
You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as your training has not started. Once your training has started, the fee is not refundable.
Exams and resits
You sit the exam online on Quilgo. It is proctored: your camera and screen are recorded while you sit it. You must give evidence that you meet the prerequisites before you are booked. A result may be held while an assessor reviews the recording, and you see it once it is released.
You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as you have not started the exam. You have started the exam once you launch it and reach the first question; there is no refund after that. Before the exam you make a recorded declaration: an express request to begin, and an acknowledgement that doing so ends your right to cancel.
Rebooking an exam costs £250 plus VAT.
Exam preparation sessions
Sessions are one to one, by video call, with a BrookTech tutor. After you buy, a tutor emails you within 2 working days to agree a time. Use your session within 3 months of purchase.
You can cancel for a full refund, or move to a new date, up to 48 hours before your session. There is no refund after that, or once the session has taken place.
